Lately, (we've) been spending (our) time: chatting, learning Interlingua, snuggling and enjoying movies via Netflix with dividebyxero (Storm's Master), and doing some editing and translation for Wikipedia & Wikipedia in Interlingua.
Storm (& co.) is/are a multiple system (MPD or DID, for some of you out there). (We) don't see it as a disorder, and (we've) got enough other things to worry about without trying to deal with people who think (we) ought to integrate. For those unfamiliar with (our) use of parentheses, (we) use them to differentiate times when (we're) referring to (ourselves) from times when (we're) referring to (ourselves) and others whom (we) know. So, yah... (we're) a group of folks sharing one body, who like things from stargazing to art to dance, and much more. Some of (us) are: male, female, transgendered and/or intergendered. If you encounter the terms "zei", "zeis", or "zeiself", those are pronouns (we've) adopted in lieu of s/he, his/her, or him/herself for the intergendered among (us) (such as Storm).
A little about what Storm believes ((we'll) update this if any of the rest of (us) post (our) beliefs).
Many of (us) are pagan, of one sort or another. Some of (us) are polyamourous, meaning that (we) are capable of forming more than one loving, committed relationship at a time. Storm (and perhaps others in (our) system) is also pansexual, meaning zei may find zeiself attracted not only to men or women, but also other folk who fall outside of the societally constructed binary of gender (such as other TG/IG folk). Na'amah (another of (us)) still considers herself bisexual at this time. As with all things with (us), this may be subject to change.
If you encounter (us) in chat, (we'll) generally answer polite questions. Keep in mind, though, please, that (we) aren't a troupe of travelling performers, and (we) do often just want relax, same as anyone else. After all, that's all (we) are: other folks, just like so many others in the world. (Our) experiences might be just a little bit different than yours, but then, so are some of the experiences of two people who simply live in different countries. If you treat (us) with respect and understanding, and approach (us) with an open mind, you can usually expect the same in return. If you think that (we're) making all of this up in some juvenile bid to attract the interest of others, then you're welcome to your opinion, but don't expect (us) to entertain it. It has taken a long time to come to a point of opening up this much, and (we) are still very apprehensive about all the people (we) might alienate, simply for being honest.
